Part of local coop implementation #2

To support "Cuphead-style" local multiplayer (2 players on 1 PC), we need to stop hardcoding input checks (like Input.is_action_pressed("ui_right")) inside the Player script. We need a system that assigns a specific Device ID (Keyboard vs Gamepad 1 vs Gamepad 2) to each player instance
